Who handles your data

Evolua Consultoria Empresarial Ltda, CNPJ 31.595.075/0001-96, is the controller of the data collected on this site.

What we collect and why

Contact form

Name, email, phone, company, subject and message, used to reply and to follow up on the conversation you asked for. The legal basis is handling your own request before a possible contract (art. 7, V) and our legitimate interest in replying (art. 7, IX).

Case downloads

Name, company, email, WhatsApp and which materials you downloaded, used to release the material and so our team can talk to you about the subject. The legal basis is your consent (art. 7, I), given by ticking the authorization box, which you can withdraw at any time.

Careers

Name, email, phone, message, résumé and the chosen opening, used only for hiring, restricted to the team in charge and never used for sales.

Browsing

Aggregate traffic statistics (pages visited, country and device type), measured by our network provider without cookies and without identifying visitors. Technical access records, such as IP address and time, are used for security and to comply with Brazil's Internet Civil Framework.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. There are only two functional cookies: one that remembers for up to 180 days that you already signed up to download a case (so we do not ask again), and the login cookie for the admin area, used only by our team.

YouTube and Vimeo videos load only when you click to watch. From that click on, the video platform's privacy policy applies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It only goes through the providers that keep the site and our service running, acting on our behalf: hosting (Hostinger, with servers in Brazil), network and security (Cloudflare), sales contact management (One a One CRM) and email (Google Workspace). We may also share data when required by law or by an authority.

How long we keep it

Sales contact data is kept while we have a relationship with you or until you ask us to delete it. Résumés are kept while useful for hiring, or until you ask us to delete them.

Security

The site only runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Data is stored on our own server with password-restricted access, and résumés can only be opened by authorized staff.

Your rights

You may ask at any time for confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent (LGPD art. 18). You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
