Evolua Consultoria exists to build strategy that moves businesses forward, from tax to succession. It is the house that started Grupo Evolua, and the one companies of every size trust with that agenda.

The origin

Evolua was born in Cascavel to do consulting from inside companies: tax, corporate and succession planning. More than 450 companies have sat at this table, across 60 cities and 11 states, from family businesses to groups operating in several states.

Partners and team bring together more than 24 years of applied experience. And the premise that holds the bar high: we only take on a project when we are convinced we can do our best work for the client.

The consultancy started Grupo Evolua and works alongside Evolua Capital, the group’s M&A, valuation and structured credit arm. When a project leads to a transaction, execution stays in the house.
